Sleep

I recently shared this item on Google Reader.

I've wanted the Sleeptracker watch for a while now. But the Zeo sounds really neat! Altho it is expensive and the lady on the website looks a little silly with that headband on.

As a child I had sleep apnea. My poor mother; so many nights sleeping (not very well) in my room waking multiple times during the night to scream at me to breath. I can't imagine. Anyway, since then I have been interested in sleep patterns & REM sleep.
