Bluegrass Fast & Dirty

My brother had an extra ticket to see Trampled by Turtles at the Middle East last night. I was hesitant about going; not because of the music, these guys are fantastic, but I wasn't in the right mindset nor was I feeling 100%. I went anyway. And despite waking this morning tired and feeling like I'd been punched in the head, I was happy I went. They rocked. And even though they didn't play two covers that I love (which they played last time), "Dead Flowers" and "Don't Think Twice (It's Alright)" I was happy to hear new stuff and dance. How could you not dance? It's fast paced and full of energy.
